Beta pricing
Pricing
Get your staff on the platform at a beta rate you keep. The core platform is free.
During the beta
Union IQ is in beta, and beta pricing is built for one thing: getting your staff on the platform. It covers staff seats only, it is set low on purpose, and it stays yours after launch.
- What you pay in the beta is what you keep paying. Join during the beta and you keep your beta rate for 12 months after general availability, on every module you have taken by then.
- No surprises on an invoice. Nothing changes for an existing customer without 60 days of written notice.
- Staff first, members after launch. Beta pricing covers staff seats. Member access, and its pricing, arrives when the platform leaves beta.
The beta rate
$2.50per staff seat, per module, per month
- Union IQ Core is free, for every organization.
- Members are not counted during the beta.
- Monthly. Switch a module off at the end of any month.

Questions
What counts as a staff seat?
Anyone who signs in with a staff or admin role: the people in your office who run the work. Members and guests are not seats.
Why is it priced per module?
So you pay for what your staff actually use. A local with 25 staff taking 3 modules pays 25 × $2.50 × 3 = $187.50 a month. A fourth module adds $62.50, and nothing else changes.
What about members?
Members are not part of beta pricing. When member access launches, its pricing will be published here first.
What happens when the beta ends?
Your rate is locked for 12 months after general availability, and nothing changes without 60 days of written notice. Rates for new customers may change. Yours will not.
When does the beta end?
When the platform is ready, not on a date picked in advance. Beta customers hear first, and their rate is locked either way.
Why is the core platform free?
Unions are at their strongest when every resource they have can go toward being a voice for their members. The core platform is the part every organization needs before it needs anything else, so it costs nothing. Modules are priced on the staff who use them, and only on them.
Bigger than a calculator?
Federations, organizations with more than 2,000 staff, or a structure that does not fit one number and a list of checkboxes. Tell us how yours works and we will map the platform to it.
